    Relocating to Hong Kong / Hong Kong Residents

    Sales Person / Account Manager (Inbound)

    While we are currently expanding the staff of our Customer Service department, we are always on the lookout for extraordinary Sales Persons and Account Managers to enhance our sales force.     Experience managing and training junior personnel is required, along with at least three years of direct Customer Support experience in the online retail or similar business.   • Warehouse Analyst
    Our HK distribution centre has a very high order fulfillment throughput and to be prepared for the future expansion, we are looking for a Warehouse Analyst to increase our efficiency. You will be responsible to help analyzing our processes in the warehouse with having quality, safety and cost reduction in your mind. But hands-on experience and no fear of getting dirty hands are required to successfully turn process improvements into reality directly at the warehouse front-line.

    This is a full-time or contract position (at least 1 year).

    Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and analysis of warehouse and order fulfillment processes
  • Assist Operations Manager in conceptualizing process improvements and create feasibility studies
  • Putting process improvement concepts into action and monitoring progress
  • Create workflow documents and train local warehouse staff in close cooperation with the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Generate frequent status reports for the Operations Manager

  • Order Processing / Online Fraud Manager
